Entree #1 Chicken Tangine $13.95
This is a well known Moroccan stew. In our adaptation we are using chicken drumsticks braised in onions, garlic, tomatoes, green olives, lemon zest, and pinches of saffron and cinnamon. Served with couscous and veggies.
Entree #2 Roasted Tilapia $13.95
Fresh Tilapia is placed on a bed of onions, peppers and leeks, then topped with seasoning and bread crumbs and roasted in the oven. Served with couscous and veggies.
Entree #3 Vegetable Galette $12.95
Free formed buttery crust filled with swiss chard, mushrooms, onions, and feta cheese.
 
Above entrees are served with choice of soup or salad.
